I’m a prostate cancer patient with Mayo, and 92 , have extensive bone metastises but no pain. am getting periodic blood supplements. I have done Xtandi and Zytiga with no positive results! Any thoughts?

This is an excellent video. I miss the videos by Dr. Meyer, and really like this video by Dr. Concepcion. Maybe in the future you could do more videos with the contributors versus question and answer articles. I am currently on Xtandi and enjoyed the informative report on this video. Thanks, Nick

Thank You, Doctor, for a good explanation of these drugs.

I have been on Xtandi for 1.5 years and it’s working very well. The problem is it’s a VERY expensive drug. However, there are philanthropic agencies who might help (Patient Access Network Foundation-PANF) is one. The drug might also be available from the manufacturer, Asatellas. Thanks,

Donald Paul
