Question of The Week: Pumpkin Seed Supplements

Do you recommend pumpkin seed supplements for urinary incontinence? If so what kind and what dosage? I had brachythearpy 10 years ago and that is my major problem.

I personally enjoy pumpkin seeds. I’m even hoping to grow a crop on my farm next summer. That said, I think pumpkin seed supplements have no benefit at all in the treatment of urinary incontinence. I typically prescribe imipramine at a dose of 25 mg to be taken at 8 AM and again at Noon.
