Supplements To Avoid

This week a Prostate Forum reader asks:

Are there any supplements you don’t recommend for prostate cancer patients?

To read about other supplements Dr. Myers doesn’t recommend for prostate cancer patients, read Prostate Forum Volume 9 # 4 and the chapter “Diet & Lifestyle” in Beating Prostate Cancer.  For more information on Vitamin D3 and Slow Growing Cancers, read Prostate Forum Volume 10 # 7. And for more information on flaxseed oil and prostate cancer, read Flaxseed: Panacea or Poison.

I thought my previous comment was a question for Dr. Meyers. I didn’t think it was a comment to be posted on his blog. Could you please forward my previous comment to Dr. Meyers as a question?
Thanks,

Hi Dr. Meyers,
Are you not taking new patients?
I am 63 yrs old and 7+ years since radical prostatectomy (NYP hospital). My ultrasensitive PSA just went from 0.13 to 0.17 in 4.5 mos. PSA doubling time is 14 months. Other than PCa health is excellent. Should I came and see you?
I liked your video but it doesn’t look like my PSA wants to settle out at 0.2. (I think I should stop taking my B-Complex vitamins).
